GENERAL INFORMATION

October 27th – 31st 2010, Harbiye Military Museum and Culture Center, Istanbul, Turkey,

Congress Language
The Congress will be held in Turkish. Sessions will include simultaneous English-Turkish translation.

Letter of Invitation
Upon request, a letter of invitation will be sent to any registered participants. This letter will be sent solely to assist participants in obtaining leave from their institutions.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be given to all participants at the final day of the congress.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing to Serenas Tourism. For cancellations;

made before August 13th,2010, the amount deposited will be refunded in full.
made between August 13th,2010 and September 10th,2010 will be refunded as 50 % if notified.
No refunds will be made after September 10th,2010.

All refunds will be made one month after the symposium.
